Terms & Conditions — Travel Agencies

Last updated: September 1, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the use of the Tirhali platform (the “Platform”) by travel agencies and their staff. By applying for an account, signing in, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of yourself and the agency you represent.

1. The service

Tirhali provides travel agencies with a branded online workspace to manage clients, travel plans, itineraries, invoicing, accounting, team members, and client communication, including an optional client portal served from your agency's subdomain or custom domain.

The Platform is provided on a subscription basis. Features and usage limits depend on the plan assigned to your agency and may include trial periods.

2. Account registration and eligibility

Applications must be submitted by an authorised representative of a legally registered travel agency. We may request supporting documents (such as a commercial registration or licence) and verify contact details before approving an application.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping your account credentials confidential. All actions performed under your account are your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Subscriptions, trials and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the plan assigned to your agency. Trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions or are suspended at the end of the trial.

Failure to settle outstanding invoices may result in suspension of your workspace until payment is received. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your responsibilities to your clients

You act as the travel service provider towards your clients. Tirhali is a software provider only and is not a party to any booking, travel arrangement, payment, or other agreement between you and your clients.

You are responsible for the accuracy of itineraries, prices, invoices and other content you publish or send through the Platform, and for complying with all consumer-protection, licensing and travel regulations applicable to your business.

5. Client data and privacy

You remain the controller of the personal data you and your clients enter into the Platform (client profiles, travel documents, messages, invoices). Tirhali processes this data on your behalf solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You must have a lawful basis for collecting and storing your clients' data, including passport and identity documents, and must respond to your clients' privacy requests.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Platform to send spam or unlawful communications, upload malicious code, infringe intellectual-property rights, misrepresent your identity, attempt to access other tenants' data, or interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

AI-assisted features are provided as drafting aids. You must review AI-generated content before sharing it with clients; we do not guarantee its accuracy.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, including its software, design and branding, remains the property of Tirhali and its licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data your agency uploads. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to operate the service.

8. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance and factors beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary downtime. We regularly back up platform data, but you are encouraged to export critical records.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate a workspace for non-payment, breach of these Terms, unlawful activity, or risk to the Platform or other tenants. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.

After termination, we retain agency data for a limited period to allow reactivation or export, after which it may be permanently deleted.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tirhali is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or disputes between you and your clients. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by your agency in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Platform or by email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Contact
